NordBridge America is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between generosity and need. We provide free essential care packages, resources, and community support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, group homes, caregivers, veterans, seniors, and families experiencing financial hardship.

A future where every person—regardless of ability or circumstance—has access to the essential resources needed to live with dignity, confidence, and hope to provide essential support with dignity by connecting communities, businesses, and donors to individuals and families who need it most.
